Very good news Fam – actually a few different things to be excited about this week!

1. Recently got word back from one of my favorite brands, and I’m proud to announce that I’m a new Brand Ambassador for Lenny & Larry’s! These are the guys that make those protein cookies I talked about in this post a few weeks back. They have an entire arsenal of vegan, protein-rich baked goods that are perfect for any athlete with a sweet tooth, and I’m thrilled to be working with them.
2. I’ve also begun networking with some fabulous fellow San Diegan bloggers, and we’re about to partake in a recipe swap “challenge” based on a different set of ingredients every month. So be on the lookout for some great original creations with fresh seasonal ingredients.
3. I know my photography sucks. That’s why I ordered a new tripod for my phone. That means stretching/yoga/calisthenics/running videos are on the way!! Can’t wait to share some of my favorite moves and techniques with you all.
4. I got a bike over the weekend! Having learned to ride at the advanced age of 13, I never much got into cycling. However, living by the beach and in the middle of traffic, it’s been sounding much more attractive lately. So I found an amazing brand-new Schwinn hybrid and am relearning the ways of the wheel. It’s really fun and I hope I can work in some posts about cycling soon (as soon as I stop crashing into bushes).

I’m SO excited to be able to continue producing quality content for the blog, with the help of awesome brands and readers like you.
